In the event of a cancellation, Alliance racetracks have the option of rescheduling the race date, adding races to future race cards, or spending the purse money on future cards. As well, the purse funds under the current Transfer Payment Agreements (TPAs) are managed as they always have been. Notwithstanding any information that you may have heard to the contrary, at no time are handle and purse money with cancelled cards ‘lost.’
